Growing up, our parents did the best they could to teach us about money with the limited information they had at the time. Like many, we were taught to get an education, get a good job, and store away money in a savings account….that’s the american dream…right?
But, as we started to learn more about personal finance and how to grow our hard earned money, we knew that this advice was not going to put us on a path to build wealth for the long term.
